Specialist High Performance Programme
for young athletes aged between 9-18

Through this expert programme we work with young athletes to build a solid foundation of understanding on how to train and move correctly. Our approach is to focus on all key areas of training; strength and conditioning, speed, agility, and coordination, to enhance their performance and capability while reducing the risk of sporting injuries. Athletes using this programme will learn correct movement patterns, and how to train safely in a gym environment designed for developing young athletes.

Youth Performance Sessions

A performance training programme designed to help your body move better and prevent injury. For most athletes, this means moving with more mobility, stability, strength and power.

Youth Fitness

Youth Fitness sessions are held on a Friday evening at 5pm and run for 45 minutes – 1 hour. The sessions are circuit based and are suitable for any level of athlete.

Youth Performance: 18:00-19:00

Tuesday

Youth Performance: 17:00-18:00 & 18:00-19:00

Thursday

Youth Performance: 17:00-18:00 & 18:00-19:00

Friday

Youth Fitness: 17:00-18:00

Youth Performance (Age: 12-18) £55 Per Month:

Further Details

Session bookings and payments will be managed through our scheduling app, TeamUp. You will be required to use the app to book onto sessions each week. Youth Performance t-shirts are available to buy on request.
