Limitless Training, based in Kettering, is a highly effective way of reaching your fitness goals.

We are able to offer a range of training which adapts to suit everyone at all levels of fitness.

At Limitless, you’ll have access to the very latest in training equipment, highly knowledgeable coaches and a range of classes and personal training sessions available to book today.

LTC Membership

£35.00 per month – Bills one cycle at a time with no commitment.

First full period begins on the membership’s start date.

Train With Dwayne

Dwayne’s passion for fitness began at a very young age as a footballer and athlete in his native country Grenada. Life then took a sharp turn and he ended up serving as a Combat Engineer and Bomb Disposal Operator for 13 years in the British Armed Forces.

We are a new-generation gym based at Kettering Rugby Football Club. We focus on functional training and sports performance.

Our location in Kettering and it’s proximity to both the A14 and A45 allows easy access for both local visitors and those wishing to visit from further afar.

 Reach all your fitness goals, through our perfectly crafted motivation and knowledge support systems. Head Personal Trainer, Dwayne and his team offer a combination of personal training, sports performance training and fitness classes daily.

 Far from being your stereotypical military man; Dwayne’s friendly approach adds to his rich and diverse experience in leadership and passion for fitness. He understands that life can so easily get in the way. Work commitments and family commitments all play a part. To combat this, Dwayne uses a specific combination of focused fitness training with advanced nutritional knowledge to help you burn fat and get fit… Fast. Efficient fitness is the name of the game.

As part of our HAF programme we will be providing sessions for Teens 13+Our Teen programme will develop movement competency through the fundamental movements of squat. hinge, push pull. lunge, rotate and carry. The day will start with a session at our bespoke facility, then you will have an hour of learning the why's of training including practical.
