YOUTH FITNESS

Youth Fitness sessions are held on a Friday evenings at 5pm. Sessions are 45min -1 hour circuit based session, suitable for any level of athlete. Each session involves a full warm up looking at muscle activation and mobility and then moves onto strength and technical work. The technical work looks at how to squat, hinge, push and pull correctly alongside agility and change of direction. All of the exercises use both the gym facilities and high performance equipment.
